Chair is made of solid wood.

It is in excellent condition.
Sturdy, strong and tight construction.
Cosmetically it is in excellent condition.
The upholstery is also in excellent condition ... no
rips, tears or stains.
This chair was seldom used .. if at all !!!
You have to sit in this rocker to appreciate it.
It is by far about the most comfortable chair
I have every sat in !!
